  • About

This is our private training but we do it a little bit different. These small groups in season are on a set schedule and will train once a week for 5 weeks. There is a built in a 6th week in case any of the first five sessions are missed. Small groups sessions require a mininum of 3 players and will cap at 8 players. Small groups of 3-8 provide the best work to rest ratio and flexibility in technical training for both our players and staff. It also allows to cater to groups of players from the same team or age groups. Since these sessions require a minimum of 3 players in order to schedule it is important to spread the words to other friends and players on your team. This is a great opportunity for teammates to grow and learn together in skills that they can apply back to their team environment all while increasing their team’s chemistry. The focus of these small groups will be coach led but with a major emphasis on fundamental techinical skills

    Pricing: $150 per player.

  • About

Functional Training is our small groups but in an academy format during our competitive season breaks. Training is twice a week or more either, depending on the season. These occur during our summer and winter holidays. Last summer we offered a "Ball Mastery" course and a "Summer Training" Course.

Ball Mastery focuses on individual player skills on the ball and Summer training focuses more on team skills in more of a team environment with functional exercises. The biggest diffeence between these and the small group training is the ratio, the schedule, and the training format. Small groups is extaclty that, groups of 3-6 players and 1 coach. Functional Training is groups of 12-15 players with more condensed sessions or a 2 sessions a week over 6-8 weeks.

"This was such a valuable use of time and money. My son was so inspired by Coach Mitch that he came home and immediately re-created the same drills and trainings that he had learned earlier. Very impressed!."
