• Developing and enhancing coaching staff to optimize players' developmental growth across all age groups in Gaston County
• Focusing on Staff Development, Player Development, and Parent Education
• Ensuring alignment with the Club's Philosophy and Core Values

COACHING

• Has been coaching with CISC since August of 2019.
• Since then, Andrew has coached multiple teams spanning from Youth Academy ages up to 2008 birth years
• Currently holds National D License

PLAYING CREDENTIALS

• Andrew is a Legacy player of the Club

EDUCATION

• Graduated High school with 2 years of college majoring in Criminal Justice

HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE SUCCESS AT CISC?

• "I would define success at CISC by teaching our Players what it means to be a part of Independence and applying "The Independence Way" in everything we do. Making sure we instill our core values and mission statement every day is a huge definition of success to me. I believe all that leads to Player Development, Coaching Development, and Parent Education all in the love of the game; This is how I would define success."
