The club offers a complete youth to professional player pathway for both girls/women and boys/men. While your player may be at different phases of their individual development, you will find an appropriate program to be challenged, achieve success and have fun.

Girls & Women Pathway

We are proud to provide recreation, youth academy, competitive and national programs under the Charlotte Independence badge. As of 2024, we expanded our offerings as the exclusive Tier 1 Development Affiliate for Carolina Ascent FC, further extending the pathway opportunities into the pre professional and professional leagues.

As of 2024, we expanded our offerings as the exclusive Tier 1 Development Affiliate for Carolina Ascent FC. Our coaches and girls/women players will wear the badge of the Carolina Ascent when representing the USL Academy and USL W League teams owned and operated by the club.

We are proud to provide recreation, youth academy, competitive, national and pre professional programs for the boys/men in our communities. With locations stretching between North and South Carolina, there is an opportunity for you.

CHARLOTTE INDEPENDENCE EXCLUSIVE AFFILIATE

Established in 2019, the affiliation with the Charlotte Independence professional soccer team provides players a clear pathway to the highest level of professional soccer. The Charlotte Independence currently plays in the United Soccer League One and is focused on building the profile of the club through culture, community and performance.

The youth club is provided tickets and unique engagement experiences at First Team matches, player clinics and more.
