Benefits of working at the Independence

Working for Charlotte Independence Soccer Club offers a range of benefits beyond the soccer field. Coaches serve as mentors, fostering personal and soccer development. The focus on goal-setting, teamwork, and psychological safety enhances player performance and team cohesion. The club emphasizes personal development, community building, and sharing the love of the sport with young athletes. Coaches receive comprehensive member services and administrative support as well as ongoing educational opportunities.

In addition, our full-time staff members enjoy a generous benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan. The club's proven approach, "The Independence Way," ensures coaches are aligned with coaching standards, offering resources for player development.

With both full-time and part-time positions available, the club provides a supportive and rewarding environment for soccer enthusiasts.
