2025-2026 PROGRAMS

As we approach the 2025-2026 soccer season, we want to inform you of an upcoming increase to our senior girl's membership dues. This adjustment is necessary to help us offset rising costs in several key areas, including insurance, facility rentals, referee compensation, player/coach registration, risk management, and cost-of-living adjustments for our dedicated staff. We want to assure our members that this fee increase has been carefully considered. Thanks to the success of our sponsorship programs and tournament revenue, we have been able to limit the increase while still meeting the financial needs of the club. We remain committed to maintaining competitive membership dues that we believe are more than fair when compared to other clubs in our region.

Our membership dues provide excellent value, covering all events for the season, including up to five to six events annually, as well as postseason play. In contrast to some clubs in our market, which only cover three events per year with additional team fees, our structure ensures that there are no hidden or unexpected costs for our members.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work to provide a top-tier experience for all of our players.

PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT: YOUTH ACADEMY

Born in 2015, 2016 or 2017 (U8-U10) The Youth Academy is the beginning of the Player Pathway into our Local, Regional and National Competitive Programs. The program places emphasis on 3 areas of Individual Player Development: Soccer Development, Athletic Development, Personal Development. The program focuses on developing the individual player’s technical abilities, providing opportunities to play various positions in matches and the freedom to make their own decisions and learn from their own experiences. In essence, the CISC YA Program focuses on the overall well-being of the person that will enhance their lives for years to come!

Our purpose is to develop leadership, accountability, selflessness, humility and character. We challenge our players to respect the game by respecting themselves, the referee, the opponent and the coach. We strive to develop players in an environment that encourages individual expression, as well as responsibility to the team. We dare our players to take risks, play on the front foot, and to embrace challenges. Our players must play with personality and bravery.

When we do not have the ball, we should be hard working to win the ball back. When we have the ball, we should be positive, forward thinking & aggressive with the ball. We have a purpose to our play where we increase our chances of scoring through each possession. Our players will pass forwards and run forwards.

Our players will be allowed to display their individual soccer personalities and to express themselves as we learn to play for fun, for the love of the game and with the competitive nature that comes from rigorous competition on the soccer field.
