FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT THE INDEPENDENCE

  • “My favorite part about working at the Independence is the ability to foster relationships with other coaches who have more coaching and playing experience. When I was first hired, it took me a while to integrate into the club and for people to get to know me; once I started meeting more and more coaches and growing relationships with them I felt more at home in the club. The culture here is amazing as well. Most, if not all, coaches want to better themselves and their teams so I really like how willing other coaches are to help other coaches learn and grow."
