JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design a set of coaches selection criteria and hire all the team coaches
• Design a Coach's Code of Conduct
• Train and monitor the team coaches and help them plan and implement practice sessions
• Design and administer a continuing education program for the team coaches.

• Began coaching with the club in 2016
• Coached in various programs within the club, including:Recreation
• NCYSA competitive
• US Development Academy
• Pre-ECNL
• ECNL
• ECNL RL
• USSF C License, currently obtaining USSF B License 

PLAYING CREDENTIALS

• Played competitive youth soccer with the club from 2002-2012.

• Bachelor's Of Science - Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte
