JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the management of the Member Services staff including membership engagement, communication and interaction.
• Specific areas of responsibility include but not limited to player registration/paperwork, service fulfillment, creating team roster/offers, uniform ordering, arranging team travel and membership dues.
• Facilitates the push of marketing/fundraising campaigns and opportunities to the members

EDUCATION

• BA Psychology and Graduate Certificate in Elementary Education both from UNC Charlotte
