SUMMER TRAINING
Two days of weekly training throughout June-July, stay fit and ready for the fall season. Practice sessions will be designed based on age and skill level. The Summer Training is a great way to keep skills sharp in the off season and to develop new skills.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
BALL MASTERY
The first touch is a major theme in Ball Mastery sessions. Emphasis is placed on individual skill development with the goal of developing confidence on the ball. Exercises and games are progressive. Players learn and practice a skill under no pressure. Coaches then add restrictions of time, space, and competition to conclude performing moves in a game like environment.

GK BREAKFAST CLUB
Early morning, high level training for goalkeepers with 2006-2012 birth years. Goalkeepers will be trained to understand and execute the modern demands of Goalkeeping: shot stopping, handling crosses, distribution and organizing the defense.
